Roles and Responsibilities:
– Help design, configure, and maintain a Cassandra cluster, including DataStax products.
– Analyse data access patterns and identify hotspots and bottlenecks.
– Excellent organizational, and project management abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Certification in one or more commercial database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB or Cassandra.
– Hands-on experience with cloud services
– In-depth knowledge of IT standards, concepts, best practices, and procedures—relies on knowledge, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
– At least 3 – 5 years of SQL server management, build, configuration and support work experience.

Qualifications:

– BS in computer science, or a related field.
