Roles and Responsibilities:
— Function: Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship internally and externally to help maintain the value of our services.
– Follow up on assigned tasks with internal teams (design, web development, SEO/SEM, content writers, marketing ops, and automation).
– 5-7 years of experience in client servicing (preferably international clients), project management, marketing, and customer success.
– Active team player, self-starter, a multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities and take ownership of assigned tasks/projects.
– Comfortable working with project management tools like Jira, Basecamp and Asana.
– Willing to work flexible hours (70% day-time, 30% evening/night time)
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related technical field.
Salary: 200K – 300K PKR
