Roles and Responsibilities:
– The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and E-commerce Marketing management and will be responsible for driving online sales growth by 5-7%.
– Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
– Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall marketing goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage agency partnerships. Negotiate margins and other terms with vendors to ensure profitable operations.
– Leverage your sales background (similar to a Key Account Manager) and e-commerce marketing expertise to drive sales.
– Manage and grow sales through pharmacy channels, which currently account for 98% of our sales.
– Expand sales on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Nahdi.
– Identify new products and opportunities on emerging e-commerce platforms to expand our market reach.
– Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales roles.
– Experience working with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Nahdi is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
– BS or MS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary:
