Roles and Responsibilities:
— Function: – Create HLD/BOQ/BOM, conduct proof of concepts, lead the project delivery and be the first point of contact for all technical queries.
– Work closely with OEM’s senior network engineers to design complex connectivity solutions and support sales teams in preparing responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ.
– Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues.
– Lead technical adviser to project teams, colleagues and customers providing technical advice.
– Engage directly with sales and account teams to support Pre-Sales activities.
– Develop excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs.
– Liaise with colleagues across the company to help ensure solution design activities are documented and tracked as required.
– Maintain and develop the required technical knowledge by attending relevant meetings, workshops and events.
– 7-10 years of experience working in key business verticals, Enterprises and the Financial/Banking sector.
– Preferred certifications CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and NSE1/2/3/4.
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
