Roles and Responsibilities:
– Perform day-to-day administration, configurations, and maintenance of deployed Fortinet solutions across the regions.
– Assist the customer team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues per SLA. This includes both remote and onsite support.
– Coordinate with Principal Manufacturer’s support (Fortinet) for extended support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This includes creating support tickets on the Fortinet portal and coordinating with support over remote sessions.
– Assist the customer’s team with integrating Fortinet solutions with other network devices, applications, or third-party solutions for operational requirements.
– Assist with setting up and troubleshooting VPN connections, including site-to-site VPNs, remote access VPNs, and SSL VPNs.
– Perform maintenance activities including installation of hotfixes and firmware updates. Review and analyze product release notes to ensure compatibility with other installed Fortinet solutions.
– Provide support services related to licensing, registration, and activation of Fortinet products and associated subscriptions/services.
– Continuously update and maintain design documentation of deployed Fortinet solutions.
– At least 5 years of design experience on FortiGate NGFW, FortiWAF, FortiADC, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortinAuthenticator, and FortiSandbox is mandatory.
– Preferred certifications CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and NSE1/2/3/4.

Qualifications:

BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
