Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of daily operations of Emergency Assistance program services, including but not limited to meeting budgetary guidelines.
– Ensure and advocate for resource opportunities for participants utilizing the best practice of progressive engagement.
– Use knowledge of regulations to educate staff to ensure full compliance with KACS priorities, industry standards, and funder requirements, including but not limited to financial aid recommendations, participant care, and staff training.
– Oversee implementation of all regulations and procedures regarding consumer record keeping, including accuracy and compliance with all documentation.
– Supervise and ensure appropriate in-service and training for all emergency assistance program staff.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and five years of experience working with housing programs.
– Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
– Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish.
Salary:
58K – 63K USD + Signing bonus
