Roles and Responsibilities:
– The architect’s duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming/conceptual design through the completion of construction administration.
– 5+ years of experience in community-based design and proficiency in Revit Architecture, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Proficient in preparing project construction documents; communicating with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members; documenting code review and compliance; reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc, for document compliance.

Qualification:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Salary:

$75,000 – $90,000
