Roles and Responsibilities:
– Guide and coach the Scrum Team on agile principles and practices to promote continuous improvement.
– Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
– Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring effective team and stakeholder communication.
– Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized.
– Empower and support the team in making commitments and delivering high-quality software within agreed-upon timelines.
– 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
